Manual Turning
There is still a need for manual turning, particularly on jobs which are unusually big or difficult to grip. Our highly skilled operators use a vertical borer capable of swinging up to 2.1 metres, and a horizontal lathe which can turn pieces up to 2mx5m, and up to 8 tonnes.

We have three-axis CNC lathes, lathes with live tooling, and five-axis Integrex machines. Our biggest Integrex can swing 1070 diameter x 3 metres long, combined with 50 H.P. milling at 7 tonnes between centres.
