CNC MACHINIST - TURNING

The Company has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Machinist – Turning

Responsible for the accurate and safe operation of machinery in respect of turning, duties of which include, but may not be restricted to: -

• Machinery worked on includes: 3 & 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centres and Mazak Integrex
• Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of machinery and consumables in respect of manufacturer recommendations to ensure fitness for purpose and accuracy

• Ensuring our Quality Assurance System is maintained by diligent upkeep of materials traceability

• Ensure you work safely, and you are not endangering yourself, those around you or the environment

• Ensuring client requirements are met

Essential Experience Requirements:

• Mazak experience in turning - this should be recent, modern machines
• Experienced in operating Mazak Control programming
• Manual machining experience
• Experienced to work with a variety of machine tools
• 2- 5 years relevant Oil & Gas experience
• Overtime available

Essential Qualification Requirements:

• Time Served Machinist
